- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm

As the first point of contact for customers at our **Rockhampton**branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

**You’ll enjoy variety in your role including**:

- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience in hire, construction, or trades industries
- An expert in knowing how to deliver amazing customer experiences.
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information.
- Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions.
- A genuine interest and commitment to relocate to Rockhampton
