Some of your essential skills include strong written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail, solid computer skills and a "we care" attitude.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Operate the day to day front desk reception area with a focus on providing an exceptional resident experienceAssist residents with enquiries related to residency, studies, general needs and overall well beingComplete check in and out process for residents at the beginning and end of their tenancyAssist with leasing and the ongoing property management of rooms/units and apartmentsConduct room shows to prospective tenantsMaintain effective liaisons with property services such as maintenance, contract cleaners, contractors, and security personnel to ensure smooth and efficient service to residentsWork to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figuresPro-actively ensure that carpark accounts are paid up to date and manage any arrearsOur mandatory requirements include:Valid Working Rights in Australia and New ZealandNational Police CheckWorking with Children CheckReal Estate QualificationsQLD- Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Trading QLD (current or willing to obtain)HOW YOU CAN APPLYIf you're interested in working with us, please submit your application as soon as possible - outlining all the amazing qualities and skills you can bring to our team.UniLodge reserves the right to withdraw this advertisement at any time.
