Thrive Early Learning Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to seven centres. All of our centres cater for 0-5 years old and are purpose-built with generous outdoor play areas and interactive indoor facilities.

**The Role**

Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Customer Service Coordinator to join our Thrive family based at our South Hurstville Support Office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Centre's with enrolments and communication with families. Full training for the role will be provided so we are looking for someone that is motivated and keen to learn

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all customer enquiries over the phone and also the customer service inbox
- Participate and manage customer enquiries and discussions to encourage enrolment
- Monitor the company’s online presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets and ensure it is up to date
- Provide reports on sales and other Marketing activities
- Assist Centre Leaders where required regarding customer enquiries and/or complaints until resolution
- CRM Management - managing the sales and leads
- Assist Customers with end to end enrolment process.

**Skills/Experience**
- A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- 2 years of experience in the field of customer service and/or experience in an Early Childhood setting
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with CRM systems - though don't worry if you don't as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- South Hurstville, NSW 2221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
