The Role The Customer Service Coordinator role is a varied opportunity in which you will wear multiple hats, providing key support to the company's customers. This role is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination and administrative support of all customer service and sales/service order-related activities, including the effective management of customer sales order needs and the coordination of, and communication with internal key resources in order to ensure smooth delivery of customer service and sales order requirements. **Key Responsibilities include**:

- Providing product-based and logístical information to customers
- Coordinate logistics with warehouse and customers to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
- Expediting the sales order process, ensuring a smooth transition between internal teams and customers.
- Responsible for keeping records of all customer interactions within CRM system.
- Providing after-sales service information and closing out all remaining loops and communications with teams and customers.
