**Collectibles & Continuity Manager**

**The Role**
To manage the planning and execution of collectible programs that deliver incremental sales and brand benefits as part of the overall food group trade driving strategy. Focus of the role will be on continuity programs executed via Rewards and digital collectible programs.

**Accountable for**:

- Supporting the Senior Manager of Collectibles & Continuity to execute continuity and digital collectible programs
- Collaborate and partner with business areas such as Everyday Rewards, WooliesX, Commercial, Operations, Legal, QA, Procurement, Sustainability, Ecom, Countdown, Big W and the broader Brand & Reputation team to ensure programs are created and executed in a customer centric way and deliver to expected outcomes
- Supporting the Senior Manager of Collectibles and Continuity to report all outcomes for the program when in market
- Relationship management of continuity suppliers and licensors
- Ensuring continuity and digital collectibles are delivering our brand ambitions of being a digital first organisation
- Financial management of designated continuity and collectible budget

**Knowledge required**:

- An excellent collaborator & influencer - this role requires a high degree of partnership
- Understanding of program delivery requirements end to end
- A sound understanding of the grocery retail landscape and what’s important to consumers in this space
- Agency best practice - what good briefs look like, evaluating work, getting the best out of partnerships
- How to use and leverage consumer and customer Insights
- How to best use Integrated marketing, Digital and UX

**Skills Required**:

- Working within or alongside a brand marketing team
- Retail, supermarket or FMCG Industry experience
- Brand and marketing communications/strategy experience client or agency side
- Project management experience
- Agency management
