**Role Purpose**
To lead and manage all in store price ticketing initiatives from a marketing perspective for the Woolworths Supermarkets business.
Additionally this role will assist various squads within the Woolworths Brand Tribe in producing, delivering & deploying customer facing messages to both digital (Digital Screens, In-Store Radio, WOW POS) and physical (In-store Marketing Activations and Projects)
Furthermore, this role oversees the day to day management of all supplier POS and other in store display requests and approvals received via a shared inbox.
- 9month fixed term contract role**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide marketing project support; deliver equipment, point of sale and process initiatives as well as provide marketing support across larger business projects.
- Provide support and act as a point of contact for store teams regarding all marketing related queries.
- Support store, refit and renewal managers with new store and renewal launches
- Deliver ticket and price communications in line with legislative changes and WW guidelines
- Provide clarity on ticket improvements, tangible step change initiatives and develop guidelines for price display across supermarket stores.
- Manage and monitor requisite lines & continually review the Pegasus store ordering system; conduct regular inventory reviews, ensuring stock is sufficient and available for stores
- Maintain In-store display guidelines and internal approval processes.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance and adherence to operational requirements.
**About You**:
- 3-5 years marketing related experience
- A proven track record managing end to end projects
- Strong budget and financial management experience, you will be a results oriented individual with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
This is not a 9-5 kind of role. Given the nature of the work, you may need to work and respond outside traditional hours. That said, it’s more important that you are always ‘on’ rather than always ‘in’ and building flexibility for a healthy work/life balance is very important
At times you will attend meetings in our stores, at creative agencies and production sites with possible interstate travel at times
