**The opportunity**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Capability Consultant to contribute to the implementation of QBE People, Cultural and Modernisation agendas, through coordination of the AUSPAC Modernisation Leadership Development Program. In this role you will partner with participants, internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery of high quality, consistent leadership capability events; support design and delivery of face-to-face events, digital classrooms and coaching interventions which impact how leaders show-up and lead their teams.
**Your new role**
As a Capability Consultant you will be involved in program and participant management for the Modernisation Leadership Development Program. You will maintain a wide network leveraging latest thinking, best practices, and developments in the future of learning and career development. You will also;
- Support design and delivery of leadership learning offsites, digital classrooms and group coaching
- Coordinate and design proactive participant communications, manage participant and program queries
- Support planning, coordination and hosting of leadership learning events
- Proactively seek understanding of and insight into participant experience, and foster environment of continuous improvement in leadership capability
- Partner with the HR key stakeholders (AUSPAC and Group) to ensure broad understanding and engagement in Leadership, Capability programs
- Collaborate with the wider HR team, and networks to ensure successful rollout of leadership development events
- Act as an advocate and ambassador for People, building awareness, advocacy, culture and employer brand
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will ideally come from a Learning and/or Capability background, with well developed program and event management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace and to a high quality. You will also;
- Be proactive and demonstrate the ability to plan effectively and deliver to deadlines
- Possess strong written & verbal communications driving engagement and change
- Have a pragmatic and outcome focused approach delivering/coordinating learning and leadership programs
- Demonstrated experience of supporting participant experience in learning, or leadership events
- Possess knowledge of best practice leadership capability and learning intervention approaches that impact culture
- Ability to leverage strong networks for the latest thinking, best practices, and developments in future focused learning and career development practices
