**Job Description**:
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working in the Early careers recruitment space and will be used to high volume, and short timeframes. You will also be self-motivated and comfortable with working autonomously, as well as working remotely across regions.
- Preparation of advertising and position descriptions where required
- Review and selection of strongest applicants
- Provide assessment centre support in set up and also delivery
- Provide interview support and guidance to managers
- Update the Smart Recruiters Recruitment System
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 6 years’ experience in a recruitment role
- Experience working in Graduate and/or volume recruitment desirable
- Someone who loves being part of a supportive team
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Previous global recruitment experience
- Experience coordinating virtual events
- Ability to build rapport with a broad range of people
- Strong Client service behaviour
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
