Our Design Operations and Early Careers team supports the development of design excellence and people operations across Macquarie. By fostering an engaged and high-performing early careers community within Data and AI (DAI), we help drive innovation and growth for our organisation.

What role will you play?
As the Design Operations and Early Careers Specialist, you will lead initiatives that build capability and support career development for design practitioners. You will design and manage programmes for early career professionals, collaborate with colleagues across Data and AI, and contribute to a positive, connected team culture. Your work will help ensure our people have the resources and support needed to thrive and make a meaningful impact.
