About us
At the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, VCAT, our role is to provide fair, affordable justice. We do this by helping people to reach an agreement and settle their case, or we make a decision at a hearing that everyone involved must follow.
We are on a service transformation mission to become a contemporary and accessible tribunal which anticipates the diverse needs of the Victorian Community.
We are introducing agile ways of working, a new case management system and making it easier for the community to engage with us every day. - Support the development of communications relevant to project change initiatives
