**About the Role**:
The Learning and Development Coordinator will coordinate and administrate learning and development activities across the Green By Nature group. A significant aspect of this role involves coordinating the Green By Nature Apprenticeship Program to ensure apprentices acquire the technical competencies necessary to complete their trade certificates and work safely and skillfully.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating both internally and externally delivered training.
- Managing venues, travel arrangements, invitations, and calendars.
- Overseeing the Learning Management System and ensuring content accuracy and currency.
- Entering data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing administrative support for projects and organizational initiatives.
- Ensuring AASN Providers and RTO meet agreed service levels.
- Ensuring all funding adheres to State and Federal requirements and is reconciled.
- Establishing productive relationships with AASN’s, RTO’s, apprentice supervisors, and managers.

**About You**:

- Working with Children Check required.
- Knowledge of relevant training, legislative, and regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, record-keeping, and administrative skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and performance management systems.
- Driver’s License [C Class] is essential.
