**What You’ll Be Doing**

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and working closely with the broader People & OD team and key stakeholders, this role will:

- Support the design and delivery of a wide range of initiatives related to employee engagement, induction, internal communications, performance management, and people policy and guidance.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of various programs such as reward and recognition, employee benefits
- Coordinate culture and engagement uplift initiatives including monthly morning teas, and other social activities
- Administer various HR systems - internal communications platform, human resource information system and learning management system
- Drive process improvement by continuously reviewing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting efficiencies that will improve the employee experience and support the organisation in meetings its goals

**Must Have**
- A background in organisational development, organisational change, or human resources
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with managers and employees at all levels of the business
- A collaborative approach and a proactive attitude to overcoming challenges and understanding the big picture
