We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the ACAP Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team as a WIL Coordinator. The WIL Coordinator builds relationships with students and host organisations to coordinate placement opportunities required for student course completion. These WIL opportunities are related to the student's field of study. ACAP has an established national network of host organisations supporting the work integrated learning (WIL) program.

Key duties include:

- Ensuring the WIL programs follow specified timeframes
- Review, assess, and shortlist students for WIL opportunities
- Match students to host organisations according to student suitability, host organisation criteria and in accordance with the relevant Discipline and accreditation requirements
- Source new host organisations as required and maintain relationships with existing host organisations

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience working in tertiary education
- Demonstrated experience in developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including advanced competencies in using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and student records software
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team in a flexible and adaptive manner
- Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals.
- Experience using online WIL management systems (preferred)
