How you'll make an impact:
As the Learning Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting our people through the coordination of all learning programs including, employee onboarding, driving learning outcomes, and partnering with key stakeholders across the business to identify learning outcomes from process improvement aimed at minimizing our risk and meeting the needs of our clients.

You will join a team of 3 HR professionals who are all motivated to help other succeed. You will have the opportunity to share new ideas, concepts and collaborate within a highly supportive, engaged and trusting team.

This role is ideal for someone who would like to evolve their skills in Human Resources or a Learning professional who is passionate about fostering growth and development.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate and manage learning programs, events and initiatives.
- Work with key stakeholders across ScotPac to create learning and training content.
- Maintain ScotPac’s onboarding and training process via IntelliHR.
- Utilise platforms to analyse data and reporting via Kineo, PowerBI, IntelliHR.
- Support the business and P&C team to ensure new learning programs are developed.
- Analyse employee training metrics and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Coordinate all reporting for compliance.
- Work with key stakeholders assist with the ensuring consistent work practices and processes are developed to ensure a standardised approach.
- Partner with key stakeholders to assist with identifying process improvement and learning opportunities in order to implement best practice.

What you’ll bring with you:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- An understanding of adult learning principles
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- The ability to train and mentor employees on continuous improvement practices and methodologies.
- Results driven mindset, with ability to take on personal challenge of driving and delivering business results.
- Ability to utilise technology to deliver reporting such as PowerBI, HRIS.
- Ability to analyse data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
