**About the role**:
The Digital Channels team owns the end-to-end experience for Internet Banking, the NAB app, Nab Connect and NAB One.

The purpose of this role is to drive world class, simple and intuitive experience within digital channels, to partner collaboratively with episodic domains and enable domains to deliver prioritised digital change.

This role will represent the voice of the customer and implement the vision and roadmap for a product/set of features. This role will translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that deliver to domain objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop digital experiences at Nab
- Work within cross functional teams to execute prioritised initiatives which will deliver on the digital channel roadmap.
- Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories
- Agrees customer and commercial outcomes to be delivered in a cycle
- Build trusted and influential relationships with episode domain teams to join the dots across the enterprise to deliver
- Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years previous experience as a Digital Product Owner
- Experience developing, articulating, and implementing strategic initiatives and programs of work that achieved the intended outcomes
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience with human-centred design
