**ABOUT THE ROLES**

**Private Client Relations Manager 90K - 120K | Client Services Manager 80K - 110K**
In these roles, you will be primarily responsible for developing our business by foster relationships with our most loyal clients. You will ensure the delivery of an exceptional personalised experience guiding clients across the strategic product categories within our offering. Within these roles, you may work independently, or lead a team to drive results.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Roles within our client relations teams are best suited to a results-driven and enthusiastic professional who is eager to join a high-performing team and acquires a zest for client experience. This is a unique opportunity encompassing great diversity in luxury product, duties, and responsibilities. In addition, you will be a valuable and essential driver of the following tasks:

- Client Experience & Management_
- Identify existing clients and VIPs, delivering and maintaining an exceptional shopping experience to further enhance relationship and brand loyalty
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience, extending to across all areas including exchanges and after-sales services
- Provide expertise and comprehensive advice to clients, supporting the team when required
- Closely following existing clients and proactively implement strategy to recruit and grow new clientelle to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Management and development of in and out of store events and client experience, tailored uniquely to fit the profile of your client
- Create and execute targeted development plans to further engage client experience and long term connections and affiliation to the brand
- Develop and execute a calendar of client events or activations to increase loyalty to our brands.
- Sales Management _
- Achieve individual and team objectives, taking accountability for sales outcomes
- Be a partner to our team, providing constructive feedback to develop skills and product knowledge across the store with the wider team
- Perform as a team player, participating in all activities, and contributing to overall store objectives
- Ensure KPI and set sales objectives are established and met

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3-5 years speciality retail experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal
- Be fashion-forward, having a passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Be a team player; proactive attitude, dependable, flexible, punctual
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Computer literacy is vital
