Hays are proud to be partnering exclusively with a Private Investment Fund in appointing an Investor Relations Manager for a newly created role. Our client has achieved consistent and steady growth over the last decade through their strategic approach in acquiring commercial assets nationally. **Your new role**
As the Investor Relations Manager you will be the conduit between the investors and the Investment team and will be the first point of call for any queries/matters that arise. In addition, you will handle department coordination with direct support from an administrator. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Investor Relations
- Responsible for coordinating all investor relations and enquiries/queries, including drafting responses and seeking instructions from the Financial Controller & Head of Investments.
- Unit transfers - liaising with investors, documentation through to settlement of Transfers.
- Organisation of Quarterly and Annual Investor Updates.
- Management of one-on-one meetings with investors.
- Coordinate and attend welcome meetings with new investors.
- Responsible for all investor communications i.e. ensuring potential investor flyers and marketing material are up to date.
- Investor networking/events planning and implementing.
- Liaising with potential investors.
- Marketing to potential investors.

Equity Raise
- Coordination and responsibility for all administration tasks as part of a new acquisition or sale of a property.
- Manage Deal Flow in investment software and general coordination of the equity raise process, liaising closely with Head of Investments on timeframes and coordination of resourcing requirements.
- Liaising with investors with any queries and then either responding to them or direct enquiry to the appropriate person within the Investment team.

- Ability to manage workflows including foresight to department resourcing during "peak" periods.
