**Your day-to-day**:
Work closely with the Finance Team to provide financial insight into their clinics. As a Commercial Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Partner with the Finance Team to provide insights and assist with understanding financial information in P&L’s
- Perform monthly variance analysis and review of clinic P&L's
- Targeted deep-dive analysis and providing actionable insights
- Take ownership of stocktake analysis on a monthly basis
- Preparation of regular monthly reporting that identifies key drivers of performance and levers
- Ensure integrity and completeness of financial records and accounting processes
- Ad hoc management reports, projects or tasks as requested

**Who you are**:

- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively with the relevant stakeholders, including executive management
- CA or CPA-qualified
- Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst or Finance Business Partnering role
