With a presence in over 200 locations worldwide, they boast an impressive and experienced workforce of thousands.
**The Role**
The Commercial Analyst role is accountable to the Head of Planning and Reporting. It involves two core responsibilities: firstly, overseeing the analysis of sales/revenue, supply chain, and ad hoc operations within the company; secondly, fostering enduring relationships with the commercial business to provide them with valuable financial insights that can enhance their operations.
The role has the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Involvement in Annual budgeting
- Contribute to forecasting and reforecasting on a quarterly basis
- Driving revenue with analysis of sales revenue and developing insights for the business's decision-making processes
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly variance analysis
- KPI Management reporting, analysis
- Providing strategic analytical and information support to the business with a key focus around profitability and growth.
- Timely analysis of monthly management information
- Commercial analysis and reporting including trend, profitability, market etc
- Ad-hoc duties and projects
**Experience Required**
- CPA/CA qualification
- 3-5 years' experience in Accounting/Finance/Analysis (required)
- An outgoing, positive, energetic personality that is inquisitive and proactive
- Highly advanced Excel skills (Modelling, manipulating large data sets, working with multiple, linked documents at once)
- Ability to influence and inspire commercial management teams with financial information
