**Supply Chain Administration**

Currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Supply Chain Administrator. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be critical in ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to the supply chain administrative duties, this position will also involve supporting the organisation's sales function. The Supply Chain Administrator will work closely with the sales team to ensure the timely delivery of sales orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately
- Manage shipment schedules and track delivery progress.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Analyse supply chain data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in administration, ideally in a supply chain environment
- Experience with processing inventory
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
