Our business, Australian Massage Products Pty Ltd T/A Chilink Massage Chairs, is seeking for an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to join our growing team. This is a full time permanent role with a varied annual salary between $85,000 to $95,000 (salary varies according to experience).

This key role will drive the efficiency of our supply chain by strengthening the incoming flow of products and ensuring seamless bulk distribution to clients. The position is also central to maintaining consistent quality standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute purchasing and distribution frameworks that support business objectives and sales demand
  • Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and purchasing contracts to secure consistent and cost-effective supply
  • Plan inventory requirements to balance operational costs with product availability, preventing excess stock or shortages
  • Supervise logistics and transport scheduling to guarantee timely deliveries and compliance with workplace and transport standards
  • Review operational data to improve warehouse flow, storage efficiency, and dispatch accuracy
  • Set measurable performance targets across supply, storage, and transport functions and track outcomes
  • Work closely with the sales, finance, and marketing teams to forecast needs and coordinate procurement with planned promotions or sales trends
  • Lead and develop the operations team to maintain precision, accountability, and safe working practices
  • Oversee partnerships with freight carriers and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery to clients nationwide
  • Uphold customer satisfaction through consistent product readiness and responsive operational support

Skills and Experience

  • Must hold at least Bachelors Degree in relevant industry or higher qualification
  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities to balance cost, efficiency, and quality.
  • Solid leadership capabilities to direct staff and drive team performance.
  • High attention to detail with strong systems and record-keeping proficiency.
