We are seeking an experienced, friendly and motivated administration professional to join our small Service team at our Geebung office. You will report to the National Service Manager and be part of a larger, growing and successful organisation that employs over 350 employees and exports products to 50 countries worldwide.

This newly created role is to support our Service Managers and Service Coordinators in the administrative functions of their dynamic roles. Our service team repairs and services our customers equipment and this is done through Moffat technicians and an extensive sub-contractor network. You will be focusing mainly on processing support as well as communicating with customers to assist with customer queries and processing completed jobs ready for invoicing.

Ideally you will have:

- Proven experience in an administrative Customer Service position
- Excellent computer literacy with an ERP system, preferably SAP
- Clear, concise and professional communication
- Pleasant and polite disposition and willingness to help both customers and the business
- Ability to juggle numerous tasks and customers at once
- Accuracy and sound attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and initiative to provide solutions
- Ability to follow up and deliver on promises

The successful applicant will be joining a well established and successful company and will receive a generous base salary and superannuation. Hybrid working conditions on offer once training is complete.
