**Fulltime (Monday - Friday)**
- **Xero experience**:

- **High level computer literacy**:

- **Experience in trust accounting is an advantage**:

- **Great attention to detail**:

- **Advanced communication skills**:

- **Debtors process including invoicing, chasing debtors, answering client queries**:

- **Trust banking, receipting and reporting/statements**:

- **End of month Trust banking**:

- **Annual Trust audit**:

- **Fortnightly invoicing**

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Excellent Excel skills
- Xero experience
- Attention to detail needs to be extraordinary
- Admin and accounts experience in a small business
- Experience in the Legal Industry, highly regarded but not essential
- Previous experience with Trust Accounting is an advantage
- Minimum Cert IV in accounts/bookkeeping/or alike.
- Permanent Australian working rights
- A proactive, ‘constant improvement’ mentality - you should always be looking for more efficient or cost-effective solutions, or seeing ways things can be done better.
