As the Global Alliances and Channel Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global alliances and channel strategy to drive revenue growth for the organization. You will build and manage relationships with strategic partners, resellers, and other third-party channels to expand the company's reach and market share. You will work closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of joint initiatives, including product integrations, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a global alliances and channel strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key technology vendors, system integrators, resellers, and other third-party channels
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful execution of joint initiatives
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies, including product integrations, co-marketing campaigns, and sales enablement programs
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and buy-in for partnership initiatives
- Manage a team of alliance and channel professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive results and career growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in global alliances and channel management, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partnerships and alliances that drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing a team of alliance and channel professionals, with a focus on coaching and career development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with key industry trends, technologies, and players in the global alliances and channel ecosystem.
