Right now, we need an experienced Sales and Alliance Associate to uplift and enhance the achievement of the sales practice providing a dedicated focus on timely and accurate administration across our end-to-end sales process

**About the role**:The primary purpose of the role is to enable the sales team, support the alliance director and sales operations in the generation of pipeline across Microsoft, channel partners and the SMC/SMB segment. This includes:
- Participating in achievement of quarterly pipeline targets
- Supporting alliance’s director with scheduling regular cadences across Microsoft, channel partners and SMC segments in order to manage existing and future pipeline
- Providing alliance partnership support and primary contact on pipeline activities and other matters relating to account administration
- Supporting the preparation of alliance related sales and GTM collateral in conjunction with sales / marketing teams & align stakeholders
- Performing sales data entry & reporting in alliance related portals (Partner Centre, ISV deal registration)
- Ensuring all data entry in sales CRM is accurate
- Accountability management between sales, marketing and all channel partners - Perform any other duties, tasks or projects Eighty20 Solutions may assign
- Demonstrating commitment and behaviours consistent with the Eighty20 Solutions values
- Contributing to team strategic conversations and participate in projects
**About you**:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or technology disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology or professional services organization
- Experience working with a CRM such as HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities to meet set outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of attention to detail with the ability to produce quality work in volume
- Exposure to Account management and an interest to grow a career within the sales industry
- Knowledge of the technology industry in Australia
**Other Important Stuff: Applicants will need to have valid work rights for Australia and be willing to undergo background checks, including probity and police checks.
