**About the role**:
TC are currently seeking a _driven and motivated_ **Area Manager for Brisbane Central** to join the team of our QLD area Your stores will include Browns Plains, Capalaba, Loganholme, Carindale, Garden city, Indooroopilly, Sunnybank, Chermside shopping centres.

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for driving and training sales with a ‘lead from the front mentality’. You will ensure KPI's are achieved and stores are consistently providing an excellent customer experience. You will be a hands-on and inspirational leader who will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.

This opportunity will suit an experienced store manager of a high performing retail/sales team, looking for the next step in their career.

**To be successful for this role, you will have**:

- A genuine passion for mobile & tech
- A minimum of two years' of proven experience managing a high performing retail/sales team
- A focus on sales and be KPI driven
- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
- You will be a high energy, hands-on individual and will bring your proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service to the role
