We have a unique opportunity for a people leadership and operational guru to join us as Area Manager

The Opportunity

As our Area Manager – Queensland Metro you'll lead, coach, and inspire our growing team of Store Leaders and Piercers across the country. You'll drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and be a champion for the SkinKandy 'Kulture'.

You'll be:

  • Leading and motivating a team across multiple growing stores
  • Coaching and developing Store Managers and upskilling future leaders
  • Owning store performance – sales, KPIs, shrinkage, presentation, and people
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and supporting talent growth
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and customer experience are next-level
  • Working closely with HQ in Australia to roll out national strategies locally
What You Bring
  • Proven multi-site retail management experience
  • A genuine love for people leadership and development
  • Strong commercial mindset – you know how to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Queensland Metro
  • Passion for the SkinKandy brand, with high standards for service and presentation

Retail experience in beauty, fashion, accessories or body piercing is a bonus, but not a must – we'll train you on the technical side
