**About the Role**:
As the Marketing and Events Officer, you will have responsibility for the following:

- Coordinate school events including Awards ceremonies, Anzac Day, Graduation and Investiture ceremonies for year 12 students, Parent/Teacher Interviews and Sports Award Nights. You would consult with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver creative strategies for these events;
- Coordinate the production of all school publications and promotional material including the What's On, publications for our transition and Programs of Excellence publications;
- Maintain content for the school's website to ensure information is accurate and up to date;
- Develop and maintain a proactive and consistent online and social media presence to promote the school and to communicate responsively with the wider community. You would be responsible for maintaining the school Facebook and Instagram page and uploading school information to this site;
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with staff and external clients to ensure the success of school marketing and events, and the promotion of the school as a priority;
- Assist in the development of promotional material, including marketing strategies and initiatives, and develop innovative marketing systems, processes and procedures.
