As the PM Operations Supervisor, you will manage the PM operations of the branch efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Global Express Business Plan so as to achieve service excellence within established timeframes and cost guidelines. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices and maintaining a strong culture across the operational site.

We are looking for someone who is collaborative, results orientated and tough minded and you will lead by example. Your attention to detail, passion and strong communication and management skills along with your understanding of OH&S principles and a geographical understanding will hold you in high regard.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the workplace is safe and free from hazards and all activities comply with legislation and policies
- Strive to deliver a customer focused service
- Encourage staff to actively engage in the workplace by input and suggestions
- Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews, audits and consults
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team, ensuring safety, service, and compliance in line with agreed standards in operational procedures

About you

- Available to work Monday to Friday 4pm to 12pm midnight
- 1+ years supervisory level experience in the transport industry
- Experience using warehouse management systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound operational knowledge and ability
