**Job Description**:
As a Supervisor Operations and Maintenance at Perth Airport WA and Malaga Sites, you will provides a wide variety of essential support to the Perth Airport business lines, primarily acting as the first point of contact for customer service for all internal/external clients, customers, suppliers, deliveries, etc. The role requires high levels of administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.

Some specific responsibilities will be:

- Supervise and coordinate contractors for building and maintenance programs with respect to all service systems that form part of operations and building infrastructure.
- Ensure suitable risk management practices are in place and ensuring the provision of a safe working environment.
- Ensuring that all scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time.
- Carrying out routine housekeeping inspections and plant condition inspections, including daily extractor checks.
- Conduct monitoring and measurement activities as required and scheduled (eg air emissions, waste water treatment plant)
- Assisting with procurement of spares and consumables including but not limited to gas requirements for laboratories.
- Completing site documentation including registers, service documentation, JSA's and risk assessments.
- Completing inductions and issuing permits (after hours if required).
- Maintain Access Card and Key Register

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Facilities Management industry would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience working in an operational or laboratory environment
- Experience as a supervisor; leading a team (training new team members; managing team performance; fostering positive culture)
- Excellent computer skills; high level of organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with purchase ordering systems
- Experience in Computorised Maintenance Management systems MEX (CMMS)
- Tafe level qualifications in laboratory/scientific field (desirable)
- Permit to Work training (required)
- A focus on Health and Safety
- High attention to detail coupled with strong ability to fault find.
