Reporting directly through to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and assisting HR initiatives and administrative duties.
- Manage the onboarding process of new employees, ensuring all policies and procedures are articulated and the employee has an excellent introduction to the business.
- Working closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conducting regular market research to ensure salaries are competitive.
- Helping with the innovation and implementation of new HR initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of training courses, meetings, and social events.
- Assist in resolving payroll queries and managing leave requests.
- Oversee the employee time and attendance recordings, resolving or redirecting issues as they arise.
- Prepare HR documentation and correspondence from standard templates and forms.
- Ensuring all employees documents are accurate and updated.
