**Your Role**:
Civeo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Supply Chain Management, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimise the Supply Chain and Procurement Support functions for Civeo.

As the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the procurement support team, ensuring clear goals, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements, implement solutions, and optimise processes for seamless operations. Some of your key responsibilities and duties will include:
**People;**
- Lead and inspire the procurement support team with clear goals and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and positive work environments.

**Customers;**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and ensure seamless operations.
- Understand customer requirements and align supply chain processes to meet business needs.

**Process;**
- Develop and manage an end-to-end supply chain and procurement governance framework.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of technology systems, enhancing efficiency and visibility.

**Finance;**
- Understand cost structures, analyse expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.

**Other;**
- Provide guidance on supply chain and procurement processes to the wider team.
- Oversee all aspects of Supply Chain and Procurement project support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Supply Chain (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in supply chain and procurement management including managing teams.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
