**Responsibilities**:

- Positively engage with prospect clients and gather information regarding their enquiry, identify their needs and recommend services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers in a consistent and professional manner.
- Coordinate jobs calendar and liaise with operational team as required
- Keep track of enquiries and follow up on unconfirmed jobs
- Create invoices and consolidate accounts
- Provide other administrative duties as required

**To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience**:

- First-class customer service skills
- A confident phone manner with the ability to convert inbound and outbound calls to jobs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge using Xero Accounting Software is preferable but not essential

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, utilising excellent communication skills & maintaining a busy schedule

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
