**The Organisation**

This private equity backed diversified education group is going through an exciting phase of growth & change with innovative strategies in place to execute on these plans. They are looking for an Acquisitions Talent Coordinator to join the team and facilitate this growth.

Reporting in to the People & Culture Acquisitions Manager, this role responsible for identifying recruitment needs and ensuring successful talent acquisitions for new facilities of the group.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for operating in accordance with the brand promise of realising the potential in everyone.

Key areas of focus include:

- Talent Acquisition
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Onboarding new staff
- Preparing development and succession plans
- Administration
- Professional development of staff
- Health & Safety Initiatives

**About You**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in human resources management or related field or equivalent level of experience, training, and education (desirable)
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check or Blue Card

Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Recruitment would be highly regarded
- Experience in partnering with all business levels including Service staff, Senior Management and Executive teams.
- Experience in understanding and interpreting awards

Knowledge and

**Skills**:

- Intermediate level with a Recruitment Management System or Human Resource Management system
- Ability to drive process improvements
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal
