We are currently recruiting for 30th January and 20th February for Contact Centre Consultants within our Mount Waverley office.

**Role Summary**:
As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be providing an essential service to people across Australia to assist them when booking for their image/scan as part of their medical journey.
We have both full time (38 hours per week) and part time roles available (minimum 20 hours per week, including 1/2 day Saturday) with rotational shifts Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm.

**What you'll bring**:

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion to deliver amazing customer experience
- Patience and empathy towards people in difficult situations
- Ability to adhere to compliance and privacy standards
- Proven competency with technology, and able to multi-task between different systems while actively listening to the patient
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Experience adhering to KPIs.
