Loadshift is Australia’s largest and fastest growing Freight marketplace, we are in an exciting new growth phase and are looking for a customer service officer to help support our operations team in Sydney.
We’re looking for a highly motivated team player who is willing to contribute to a positive work environment, someone who is agile, friendly and self-organised with the ability to build strong relationships throughout the business and with our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, covering a range of customer service support functions from troubleshooting, new subscriptions, product education and basic admin.
**What you will do**:
- Often the first point of contact on the phone, you will be required to present a professional and personable nature.
- Liaising with sales and operations
- Assist Operations, chasing documents and at times registrations
- Build rapport with customers to enhance the organisation’s professional working relationships.
- Communicate information and advice on products and services, policies and procedures, and standard terms of business.
- Assist with new subscriptions and changes to plans
- Providing support and problem solving for the Loadshift freight booking system.
- Receive, record and process customer enquiries and / or complaints ensuring a prompt response or referral for follow up action and issue resolution.
- Assisting with the monitoring of customer accounts to proactively address potential challenges
- Ensuring the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Escalating and communicating service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Performing weekly administrative tasks

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

- Forward thinker who can work with limited supervision and deliver exceptional customer solutions
- An eye for detail and customer focused attitude
