In the position of Production Manager, you will report to the Merchandise and

Operations Director. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering product

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain product within ERP.
- Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders.
- Conduct freight and logistics management.
- Process supplier and forwarder invoices.
- Manage supplier compliance including but not limited to certificates, cotton
- declarations, COOs, CI, PL, etc.
- Regularly update and report on the status of production, freight, ex-factory
- dates and into warehouse dates by style.
- Liaise with offshore suppliers to ensure bulk production runs on-time and adheres to critical path deadlines.
- In conjunction with the Head of Sustainability, ensure agreed milestones are
- achieved by suppliers and internal team.
- Manage bulk fabric and trim approvals.
- Monitor PPS status closely, conduct weekly reviews with each supplier.
- Manage local bulk production.

**About You**:

- 5 years' experience as a Production Manager within the fashion industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of product development,
- manufacturing processes, and garment construction.
- Excellent computer skills, in spreadsheet analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills, with
- the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage large workloads.
- Provide strong communication and contribute creative ideas and
- feedback when needed.
