**Location - Miruma Residential Facility**

**Employment type - Ongoing Full time**

**Salary - $93,295 - $102,941 pa plus superannuation and leave loading.**

**Your role**

**What you’ll do**
- Shift supervision of residential housing for women transitioning into the community
- Work as part of a team with a strong operational goal to achieve program outcomes.
- Provide a high level of leadership and supervision to Residential Centre Assistants
- Ensure the effective case management of residents in the Centre.
- Arrange resident support, programs and counselling services as required.

**What we’re looking for**
- Formal post-secondary educational qualifications and/or experience in welfare related work or social science environment, or significant experience gained by working in similar related areas is highly desired.
- Leadership skills and experience
- High level experience in case management
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one within 3 months of employment with Corrective Services NSW
- Current driver’s license and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
- Willingness to undertake training relevant to the role
