About the Role:

With a career at Northern Coalfields Community Care Association ('NCCCA') you'll have opportunities to work flexible hours, learn and grow.

We are currently looking for people with diverse skills and backgrounds to work as Residential Carers, providing care and support to our elderly residents. You will change lives – as well as your own.

We currently have both part-time and casual positions available.

To work in these roles, you must have a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), First Aid Certificate, National Criminal History Check (less than 6 months old) suitable for aged care and the seasonal Influenza vaccination.

In return, we offer an attractive hourly rate of $35.13, a friendly and supportive work environment, ability to work flexible hours, ongoing education and training, onsite parking, access to not-for-profit salary packaging and our Employee Assistance Program.
