We are seeking a skilled Technology Change Manager to lead and implement technology-driven transformations within the retail industry. This temporary role is based in and offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology projects.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies.
  • Create and deliver training programs and communications to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase of technology changes.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for project leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.

Profile
A Successful Technology Change Manager Should Have

  • Previous experience in managing technology-driven change initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a retail or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering presentations.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Relevant qualifications in technology, business, or a related field.
