• Lead change management for the rollout of a B2B omni-channel payment solution
• Develop and implement tailored change plans aligned to project goals
• Analyse organisational readiness and assess business impacts
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders in Digital & Finance
• Design and deliver communication strategies that drive clarity and engagement
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and support adoption
• Integrate change activities with broader project plans and manage dependencies
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery
• Apply proven methodologies and tools to guide change execution
• Support internal teams and B2B customers through the change journey, both in-store and online

You're a strategic and empathetic change leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring a strong understanding of change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and guide others through transformation.

• Proven experience delivering digital change projects, ideally involving customer migration
• Strong grasp of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across all levels of an organisation and influencing outcomes
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead through collaboration and trust
