Your role will consist of:

- Prospecting
- Conducting appraisals
- Growing and maintaining a database
- Working with Vendors to prepare their property for sale
- Running the sales campaign process from start to finish
- Conducting open homes
- Creating ‘Clients for Life’

To be considered for this role you are required to have the following:

- A Real Estate Sales Licence or be willing to studying to obtain
- Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive “Can-Do” Attitude
- Strong work ethic and a drive to achieve
- Polished professional presentation
- Able to meet deadlines and go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills a must
- Attention to detail
- Good Time management skills
- Team Player
- You are highly motivated
