We’re on the hunt for a _friendly and detail-oriented_ Recruitment/HR Admin to support recruitment across multiple clients from our office If you’re ready to jump into a role where people are at the heart of what you do, keep reading.
- _Managing 365 recruitment support:_ Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring each step is followed and all approvals are in place before moving forward.
- _Screening and coordinating interviews/trials:_ Support with shortlisting, setting up interviews, and coordinating trials to find the best fits for our clients.
- _Occasional job ad crafting:_ Use your creativity to write engaging ads when needed.
- _Supporting the HR team with general admin:_ From onboarding new starters, to communicating with teams, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
