**About the role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Coordinator to join on an 18-month secondment cover, to provide administrative support for our clinic teams in Tasmania.

Full-time role available for Radiology clinic team members looking for a hybrid management role.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce staff rosters in a timely fashion with daily management of required changes
- Work collaboratively with Clinics to ensure rosters reflect resource needs to meet service delivery demands
- Monitor Doctor Worklist and referrer deliveries to ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Maintain up to date state documentation such as equipment registers.
- Event coordination for team activities
- Manage and timely response to legal requests, in conjunction with Quality & Compliance
- Support Quality & Compliance with completion of accreditation activities
- Ad hoc admin responsibilities as required

**Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
- Demonstrated experience within medical imaging will be highly regarded
