**Your new role**

My client is looking for an enthusiastic Project Analyst who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovation projects aimed at enhancing our organisation's growth. This role encompasses project management, problem-solving, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and the design of initiatives that promote thought leadership and innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the design and development of innovation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and shape project strategies.
- Employ effective project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor innovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative forums to foster creativity and gather input from team members and stakeholders.
- Identify challenges and roadblocks within projects and work with teams to develop solutions that drive innovation and project success.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align interests, and ensure projects meet organisational goals and expectations.
- Develop innovative initiatives that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and promote thought leadership among other councils.
- Manage project resources, budgets, timelines and reporting efficiently, while ensuring that the organisation's innovation pipeline is structured and organised for optimal results.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate thought leadership into project designs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience with innovation frameworks, such as design thinking or lean start-up.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align innovation projects with the organisation's long-term goals.
- Able to commute to the office and other sites when required
