**Description**
Our team is passionate about our mountain and our people.
**As the Training Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for**:
Planning and delivering quality training outcomes for instructors.
Rostering training sessions to meet the operational needs of the business
Liaising with the APSI
Manage our new hire uncertified instructor course and interview process
Managing budget as directed by the Ski & Snowboard School Manager
Management of Instructor Training Team including any performance related concerns
Regularly assess lesson quality and training (Quality Assurance)
**To be successful in this role you must possess the following**:
APSI Level 3/4 (or International equivalent).
APSI Trainer/Examiner (preferred)
Extensive teaching experience working with children and adults.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to lead a team
Neat and well groomed appearance
