You’ll be up for pulling together with your crew, bunking in shared accommodation and the unpredictability and unique challenges of the alpine environment.

As a member of the the SSS sales team you will the first point of contact for the majority of our guests, so ensuring they receive the best possible guest service is a must. Your ability, willingness, flexibility and “can do” attitude are required to achieve this. You will need to possess the ability to work within a strong yet fun team environment.

As a guest service representative you will be expected to maintain a pleasant, professional manner and be well-groomed in appearance.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Promoting and selling lessons, lift tickets, and packaged combinations of our products using our point of sale system (RTP).
- Assisting guests in identifying the best ticket and/or lesson options for themselves and family members.
- Assisting guests with queries or issues related to ski/snowboard lessons, lift access or ticket sales.
- Answering phones in the SSS office and assisting guests in booking private lessons over the phone.
- Maintaining a pleasant, professional manner and be well groomed in appearance.
- Assist in working within the Children's Ski & Snowboard School programs where directed.

**We're looking for people with**:

- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Previous experience with cash/card (EFTPOS) handling and balancing
- The ability to cope in extremely busy situations
- A positive attitude and the ability to be a team player
- Neat and well groomed appearance
- Skiing or snowboarding experience a plus
- Previous call center or experience with answering phones also a plus
- Computer literacy Previous experience with guest service, sales, tourism, hospitality ,or business related fields would be highly regarded but not essential
- Employment is generally from the end of June through to Mid September, however can vary depending on snow and weather conditions.
