Nothing is too big or too small for the Terrain Park staff to pursue and produce the best possible mountain experience for our guests. Do you have what it takes to be Mt Buller’s next Terrain Park Attendant?

As a Terrain Park Attendant, you'll be in a physically demanding role responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of all features; in addition to safety awareness and educating guests on terrain park etiquette. your daily responsibilities will include opening and closing the terrain park, ensuring all signage and branding is well presented, testing features and assessing risk throughout the day, gathering and reporting information and assisting Ski Patrol with any incidents within the Terrain Park area. You'll also provide exceptional guest service and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing a safe and progressive terrain park environment
- Maintaining all features, signage, safety fencing, rope lines, promotional flags, and banners to the highest possible standard
- Ensuring clear communication between departments
- Preforming general housekeeping and educating park users on proper etiquette
- Display a positive attitude at all times and to promote a fun, team oriented environment
- Complete incident and risk management reports as needed
- Aligning with BSL's Company vision; "All Day Every Day the Best Possible Mountain Experience"

**We’re looking for people like you who have**:

- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and make decisions on your own assessment
- A high level of responsibility & have broad vision of daily duties
- Exceptional communication skills
- Expert skier/rider in the park and overall
- The ability to test all Terrain Park features, including XL Rails and Jumps
- The physical ability to lift up to 20kg (raking, shovelling & lifting large objects)
- The capability to work outdoors in adverse winter weather conditions for up to 10 hours/day
- A keen eye for safety, with the ability to direct guests and address safety concerns

**Requirements**:

- At least 18 years old
- Must be available to work from the commencement of the winter season until the end of the season
- Valid Driver's License
- Must pass a ski/ride test to ensure expert level
