**The role**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager you are responsible for coordinating the National Warehouse and Customer Service Team ensuring order intake, fulfillment and delivery of products and services to stakeholders and customers meet company expectations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Driving strategic and business plan initiatives
- Supporting and facilitating a Customer Service Strategy to support the business strategy for growth
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and service is adhered to and turnaround times are met
- Demonstrating a willingness to support staff and team when necessary
- Managing all first point of call for enquiries and help desk across the branch networks
- Developing strong relationships with freight and logistics ensuring on time deliveries
- Reviewing warehouse procedures and stock location and developing a workflow improvement program
- Implement strategies to manage stock obsolescence and provide warehouse efficiencies
- Coordinate scheduling of service, repair & assembly technicians (lead stand-up meetings)
- Ensuring repairs and sales orders are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner
- Acting as a conduit between sales, service, branches and operations to alleviate any queries that may arise
- Supporting the team where required to ensure turnaround of order to delivery to customer expectations are achieved
- Additional duties as required

**The person**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience working in a customer service, fulfillment or warehouse management role
- Customer-focused; experienced in managing a team and expectations
- Experience working with a wide variety of clients and able to develop and maintain relationships
- Experienced within a PMR industry or telecommunications industry will be highly regarded
- Multitasker, excellent communicator with the ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment

Proficient computer skills a must. Software utilised: MYOB, MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
