About the role:

At RNC, we invest in our people through ongoing development, role rotation, and regular training to help grow each team member's skills.

This role provides the opportunity to develop strong attention to detail and accuracy by ensuring products are picked, handled, and prepared correctly to meet customer and business requirements.

If you have a passion to learn and grow, there may be opportunities to progress into other areas of the warehouse or broader business operations

Expectations:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork within the warehouse environment.
  • Accurately pick and prepare orders while supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.
  • Follow FIFO/FEFO, GMP, and company procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and integrity at all times.
  • Work independently when required and contribute positively as a supportive team member.
  • Demonstrate strong safety awareness and maintain a clean, compliant work area.

Skills and Experience

  • · Valid Forklift Licence (preferred)
  • · Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO warehouse principles
  • · Knowledge of GMP and warehouse hygiene standards
  • · Confident, intuitive, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • · Proven team player with excellent safety awareness
